The CMKD-0630H Series is an ultra-high-performance SMD Molded Inductor in a 7.0 mm × 6.6 mm footprint with a 3.0mm profile. This series is uniquely engineered with a Hybrid iron powder core ("H" material), designed to achieve extremely high saturation current, low core loss, and low DCR at high frequencies.

This "H" material enables an exceptional saturation current (Isat) of up to 70.0A and an ultra-low DCR (down to 0.85mΩ max), delivering elite power efficiency and performance. The CMKD-0630H's one-piece, magnetically shielded construction ensures low EMI, making it a premier choice for high-frequency (up to 5MHz) server VRMs. This SMD Molded Inductor is a core component for demanding high power switching applications.

Operating Temperature Range: -55°C to +125°C (ambient plus self-temperature rise).

Isat (Saturation Current): DC current (A) that will cause L₀ to drop approximately 30%.

Idc (Rating Current): DC current (A) that will cause an approximate ΔT of 40°C.

Temperature Limit: The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125°C under worst-case operating conditions.
