The CMKD-1360A Series is a large, high-inductance SMD Molded Inductor in a 13.45 mm × 12.6 mm footprint with a 6.0mm profile. This series is engineered with an Alloy iron powder core ("A" material) and uses its taller profile to offer an exceptionally wide inductance range, from 4.7µH up to 150µH.
While providing high inductance values, the CMKD-1360A maintains strong performance, with a saturation current (Isat) of up to 24.0A. Its one-piece, magnetically shielded construction ensures low EMI and low core loss, making it a versatile and robust choice for high-frequency (up to 5MHz) DC-DC converters that require higher inductance. This high power inductor is perfect for applications needing a high inductance smd value, and the CMKD-1360A is widely supplied by major inductor manufacturers.

Operating Temperature Range: -55°C to +125°C (ambient plus self-temperature rise).
Isat (Saturation Current): DC current (A) that will cause L₀ to drop approximately 30%.
Idc (Rating Current): DC current (A) that will cause an approximate ΔT of 40°C.
Temperature Limit: The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125°C under worst-case operating conditions.
